7. Internal Reporting Channel under Law 2/2023

SYNC SOLUTIONS, S.L. is not required to have an internal reporting channel because it does not have more than 50 employees, as established in Article 10 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
